Step 1 — Design & Engineering
Every system is custom-drawn based on YOUR plant layout, load, and product type. Nothing off-the-shelf.
Step 2 — Frame Fabrication
Our fabricators cut, weld, and grind the MS/SS frame. Every weld is inspected before moving forward.
Step 3 — Drive Assembly
Motor, gearbox, and VFD are assembled and tested separately before installation.
Step 4 — Belt Fitting & Tensioning
Belt is aligned and tensioned to exact specs. Misalignment = premature failure. We don't skip this.
Step 5 — 12-Point Quality Check
Full load test. Speed check. Runout test. Electrical safety inspection. Passes all 12 or it doesn't leave.
Step 6 — Delivery & Installation
Our team installs at your site. We don't hand you a box of parts.
