Bucket Elevator Manufacturer in Ghaziabad - Vertical Grain, Cement and Powder Lifting Systems | Neo
Centrifugal and continuous discharge bucket elevators for grain mills, cement plants, chemical processors and agro industries. Heights up to 30 metres. Manufactured in Ghaziabad. Supplied pan-India.
When material needs to go up — not along — a bucket elevator is usually the right answer. Compact, enclosed, efficient, and far more suitable for fine powders and fragile grain than an inclined belt conveyor trying to do the same job at steep angles.

Neo Conveyors manufactures bucket elevators at our UPSIDC Phase-II, Ghaziabad facility. Centrifugal discharge for dry free-flowing material — grain, sugar, fertilizer, fine chemicals. Continuous discharge for fragile, aerated or sticky material that centrifugal discharge would damage — milk powder, starch, pigments, light granules.

We build them in mild steel for agro and cement applications. SS 304 for food processing where hygiene standards apply. Heights from 3 metres up to 30 metres as standard — taller on request. Bucket widths from 100mm to 600mm. Capacities from 2 TPH to 200 TPH depending on bucket size and speed.

The most common applications we supply are flour mills and grain silos in UP and Haryana where vertical movement of wheat, rice and pulse is continuous. Cement plants in Rajasthan and UP where clinker, lime and fly ash need to reach elevated hoppers. Chemical and fertilizer plants where powder needs to be elevated between process stages without spillage.

If you have the material, the required height and the throughput — we will size the elevator and give you a firm price.
