Neo Conveyors manufactures overhead monorail and power-and-free conveyor systems for automotive assembly lines, paint shops, garment manufacturing and general engineering plants. The system runs on an enclosed or open track suspended from the ceiling or an overhead structure. Carriers hang from trolleys that travel along the track — driven by a chain in powered systems, or moved manually in gravity systems.
We design the track layout around your floor plan. Straight runs, curves, inclines, declines, spurs, accumulation zones — all engineered and fabricated in-house at our Ghaziabad facility. Mild steel or galvanised track as standard. Stainless steel for food or pharma applications.
The most common applications we have supplied are automotive paint shop overhead conveyors — where the component hangs through a spray booth, curing oven and cooling zone on a single continuous track. Garment manufacturing plants use the same principle for moving cut parts between sewing stations without floor handling.
