Neo Conveyors manufactures slat chain conveyors at our Ghaziabad facility. The carrying surface is a series of flat or contoured steel slats bolted to a chain — continuous, rigid, and suited to impact loading that would end a belt in days.
We build them for automotive stamping lines where pressed sheet metal parts come off a press and travel to an inspection or assembly station. For foundry and casting applications where hot components come off a die casting machine or shakeout system. For heat treatment lines where parts move through a furnace on a slat surface that handles the temperature without degrading.
Standard slat widths from 300mm to 1200mm. MS slats as standard. Hardened or SS slats for abrasive or corrosive applications. Single and double strand chain configurations. Fixed speed or VFD controlled.
